Thank you for choosing my mobile beauty therapy and pamper party services. These terms and conditions explain how bookings, payments, cancellations and treatments are managed. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have been given the opportunity to read these terms and conditions. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
All bookings are subject to availability.
To confirm a booking, the agreed package, event date, location, package price and minimum guest numbers must be agreed, and a 50% advance payment must be received.
Bookings may be made through my website, social media, email, telephone, messaging services or other agreed booking channels.
Once confirmed, the booking details and applicable terms will be provided to the customer in writing, where practicable.
The person making the booking is responsible for coordinating the event and ensuring that payments are made by the agreed deadlines.
A 50% advance payment of the total agreed package price is required to secure your booking date.
The advance payment forms part of the total package price and will be deducted from the final balance.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that the full balance is paid on time, regardless of how payment is arranged between individual guests.
If payment is overdue, I will contact the customer to request payment. If the outstanding balance remains unpaid, I reserve the right to cancel the booking where legally permitted and to deal with any sums paid or outstanding in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Pamper parties are offered at an agreed package price based on a specified minimum number of guests and the treatments included.
Once a booking has been confirmed, the package price cannot be reduced because fewer guests attend, individual guests cancel or the number of participants changes.
The full agreed package price remains payable even if some guests are unable to attend or choose not to receive their treatments.
Additional guests or treatments may be accommodated by prior agreement and may incur additional charges.
Any agreed changes to the package price must be confirmed in writing.
If an individual guest is unable to attend, the booking host may arrange for a suitable replacement guest, subject to prior notification and any applicable treatment suitability requirements.
No automatic refund or price reduction will be given for individual guests who cancel, fail to attend or decide not to receive their treatment.
The agreed package price remains payable.
If you need to cancel the entire booking, you must notify me as soon as possible in writing.
The advance payment secures your booking date and allows me to plan the event, prepare supplies and make staffing arrangements. However, the amount retained following a cancellation will be determined fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Any cancellation charge or amount retained will take account of reasonable costs incurred, losses directly arising from the cancellation, costs saved and any reasonable steps taken to reduce the loss.
Where appropriate, I may offer an alternative date or another mutually agreed arrangement.
Exceptional circumstances will be considered individually. Please contact me as soon as possible if unexpected circumstances affect your booking.
Nothing in this section removes any cancellation rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
Requests to change the event date, location, guest arrangements or treatments must be made as early as possible and are subject to my agreement.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. A new date is not confirmed until agreed in writing.
If a suitable alternative date cannot be agreed and the customer cancels, the cancellation terms in Section 5 will apply, subject to any statutory rights.
Changes that affect staffing, travel, treatment time or package requirements may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed in advance.
Some parties may require an additional therapist to provide the agreed treatments within the scheduled timeframe.
Staffing arrangements are made according to the confirmed package, guest numbers and treatment requirements.
The package price reflects the services and staffing arrangements agreed at the time of booking.
Where an additional therapist has been arranged, reasonable staffing costs and any cancellation obligations associated with that arrangement may be relevant when assessing a cancellation, subject to applicable law.
I will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to staffing arrangements and agree suitable alternatives where necessary.
The host must provide accurate guest numbers and any relevant treatment preferences or requirements in advance.
Guests should be ready for their allocated treatment times so that the party can run smoothly.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment if the schedule cannot reasonably be extended. Missed time cannot be guaranteed to be made up, and treatments cannot normally run beyond the agreed finish time.
Please notify me in advance of any special scheduling requirements.
As a mobile beauty therapist, I require a clean, safe and suitable space in which to carry out the agreed treatments.
The host must ensure that:
Any additional travel, parking or access charges must be communicated and agreed in advance wherever reasonably practicable.
If the venue is unsafe or unsuitable, I may need to adapt, postpone or decline affected treatments. I will discuss reasonable alternatives with the host wherever possible.
Guests must disclose relevant allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions and other contraindications that could affect the safe provision of their treatments.
Please provide relevant information before treatment so that suitability can be assessed.
I reserve the right to adapt or decline a treatment if I reasonably believe it may be unsafe or unsuitable. Where possible, an appropriate alternative may be offered.
Personal and health information will be handled confidentially, collected only as reasonably necessary and processed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
I will take reasonable steps to maintain appropriate hygiene standards and provide treatments professionally.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards me, any additional therapists and other guests.
I reserve the right to stop or decline a treatment if a guest behaves abusively, threatens anyone's safety or is intoxicated to a degree that makes treatment unsafe.
Any resulting payment or cancellation arrangements will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend because of illness, an emergency or circumstances beyond my reasonable control, I will notify the host as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where possible, I will offer an alternative date or another suitable arrangement.
If I cannot provide the booked services and a suitable alternative is not agreed, I will refund payments for services not provided, as required by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
If you have a concern about your booking or treatment, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can understand the issue and try to resolve it fairly.
Complaints will be considered individually, and I will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are intended to be clear, fair and consistent with applicable UK consumer law.
Depending on how and where a booking is made, statutory cancellation rights may apply, including rights relating to certain contracts entered into online, by telephone, through messaging services or away from business premises.
Exceptions may apply in particular circumstances. Any applicable statutory rights take precedence over these terms.
Customers are encouraged to contact me promptly if they wish to cancel or discuss their booking.
Personal information provided in connection with a booking will be used as necessary to manage the booking, arrange treatments, communicate with customers and meet relevant legal obligations.
Information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and the privacy information provided by my business.
Please do not send sensitive personal or health information through public social media posts.
These terms should be read alongside your individual booking confirmation, which sets out the agreed package, price, date, location and any specific arrangements.
If any individual booking arrangement differs from these general terms, the agreed variation must be confirmed in writing.
Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights you may have.
